Our staff works closely with discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition from the hospital setting to the home environment. ITA Resources' management team has established a strong educational program geared towards assisting the patient in improving his or her activities of daily living, as well as improving their comfort level regarding their respiratory home therapy plan of care.
