Linda M. Rump, CRT, CPFT, RCP

Senior Vice President

 

Mrs. Linda M. Rump, Senior Vice President of ITA Resources, Inc. coordinates and oversees all management phases of the day-to-day Respiratory Care Services operations being provided for our clients at various hospital facilities throughout Houston and surrounding areas.  She travels extensively, ensuring that each client’s specialized needs are effectively and efficiently met.  Among her many duties are Recruitment, Staffing, Set-Up and Start-Up of new Respiratory Care Departments, ongoing CLIA & JCAHO Regulatory Compliance, Implementation of Policies and Procedures, Employee Evaluations, and Contract Administration.  Linda Rump has worked for ITA Resources for 25 continuous years.

 


 

 

Sonia C. Talamantes

Assistant Vice President, Director of Human Resources

 

Mrs. Sonia Talamantes has more than 30 years experience in the field of Human Resources.  Her areas of expertise include Wage Administration, Recruitment, Interviewing, New Employee Orientation, New Hire Documentation, Maintenance of Employee Personnel and Health Records, and Policies & Procedures Implementation.  In her role as Director, Mrs. Talamantes supervises and ensures ongoing corporate compliance and performance in all the above-mentioned Human Resources areas.  Additionally, Mrs. Talamantes coordinates and administers the company’s Employee Benefits and Worker’s Compensation Programs, and assists the CEO with legal issues and contract administrative duties.  Mrs. Talamantes has been employed by ITA Resources for 17 continuous years.

 


 

 

Wanda K. Williams, CRT, RCP

Assistant Vice President

 

Mrs. Wanda K. Williams joined the ITA Resources’ Management Team in February 2006.  Mrs. Williams has over twenty years experience in her chosen profession of Respiratory Care Services.  Additionally, she has extensive knowledge and training in Marketing, Legal, Medical Pharmacology, Computer Technology and Social Services.  Mrs. Williams’ primary areas of responsibility within our organization are in Marketing & Business Development, Physician Relations, and Hospital and Employee Relations.  Mrs. Williams is a goal oriented individual and a definite asset to our team of professionals.

 


 

Kimberly Keilstrup, CRT, CPFT

Payroll Coordinator

 

Ms. Kim Keilstrup joined ITA Resources in 2002.  She reviews and submits the bi-weekly payroll records for all ITA Resources’ employees to the company’s Payroll Accounting office.  In addition to this very important payroll function, Ms. Keilstrup, also assists in the updating and maintenance of various policy and procedures manuals, employee competency data, validating and ensuring all ITA Resources’ employees’ RCP licensures and CPR certifications remain current, and helps with the processing of new hire paperwork.  Prior to joining the ITA Resources management team, Kim worked as Director of Respiratory Care at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital for more than ten years.

 


 

Maria Alvarez

Executive Secretary

 

Mrs. Maria Alvarez has more than twenty years experience in the office environment with extensive computer and secretarial skills.  Mrs. Alvarez works directly for the Chief Executive Officer as his personal assistant, maintaining his daily calendar and attending to all his clerical needs.  In addition, Mrs. Alvarez assists all Corporate Managers with special projects and functions as the Office Facilities Coordinator, ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations within the Corporate Office by maintaining all office equipment in good working condition.  Mrs. Alvarez was instrumental in the start-up of our organization’s temporary staffing agency, Elite Resources, and continues to coordinate the agency’s daily activities.  Mrs. Alvarez has worked for ITA Resources, Inc. for ten continuous years.

 


 

Saleh Al-Shaikh

Chief Financial Officer

 

Mr. Saleh Al-Shaikh manages and directs all areas of the company’s financial inner structure, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Payroll, and Financial Reporting.  Mr. Al-Shaikh holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from A&M University and a Masters Degree in Accounting (MS) from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.  Mr. Al-Shaikh is presently preparing to sit for the Certified Public Accountant’s exam.  Mr. Al-Shaikh has worked for ITA Resources, Inc. for ten continuous years.
